Project Description:
Menora Gardens Retirement Village is a retirement village with aged care facilities. The village is run by RSL Care WA. The village includes 42 villas, 84 apartments, an administration centre, corporate offices, a community centre, and aged care facilities. B&E was contracted to complete both mechanical services and fire protection services for this project.
