We have been involved in every apartment development since 2003, having completed approximately 40 projects to date with these great Clients. We look forward to continuing this relationship in the future. The largest project to date is Concerto Apartments on the old ABC site, Wellington St, Perth at 45 storeys high.


Hitachi Machinery Corporate Services Group Facility

B&E was successful in obtaining a multi-services package contract with BGC Constructions on the Hitachi Machinery project in Forrestdale. This project was a new build for the heavy machinery and equipment manufacturer with new offices, warehousing and workshop areas. Our contract included fire pumps and tanks as well as wet fire sprinkler systems throughout the offices and warehouse areas. The contract also included the dry fire alarm system installation.

Aloft Hotel

Location: 25 Rowe Ave, Rivervale

B&E designed, supplied and installed a complete wet fire system installation on this 224 room, 15 storey hotel with adjoining retail/office space building and multi-storey carpark. We supplied and installed fire sprinkler, hose reel and hydrant systems including fire pumps as well as involvement in some of the fit out of the office floors after construction was completed.

PBSA Stirling St Student Accommodation

B&E were involved in this 23-storey student accommodation building constructed by BGC in Stirling St, Perth. We supplied a complete wet fire system solution including multiple fire pumps, fire sprinkler, hose reel and fire hydrant systems throughout the building and carpark areas.

Opal Aged Care – Carine

Opal Aged Care - Carine

Location: 29 Silica Rd, Carine

B&E was involved in construction of a new Opal Aged Care Facility in Carine working with BGC Constructions. This newly completed 145 bed residential facility was completed in 2018. B&E provided the fire sprinkler system throughout the entire facility.

Banksia Grove Shopping Centre – Woolworths

Supply and install of specialised smoke exhaust systems, the fire sprinkler system including pumps, tanks and all internal fire hydrants and hose reels.

Vantage Apartments

Location: 60 Riversdale Rd, Rivervale

With 212 apartments, 13 storeys and 4 storeys of basement including car park, this riverside project is another collaboration with BGC. Due to a very tight corridor each trade (fire, refrigeration, hydraulic and electrical) was given a designated zone to keep their services in, this was modelled and co-ordinated by B&E Fire.

Opal Aged Care – Alfred Cove

B&E was involved with another new Opal Aged Care Facility in Alfred Cove working with BGC Constructions. This newly completed 119 bed residential facility was another multi-services project for B&E installing both the fire and mechanical services.

B&E Fire supplied and installed a complete wet fire system solution to this nine-storey building including the multi-level carpark, office spaces and residential apartments.

Koh I Noor

B&E provided a combined service package to Pindan Constructions for a newly built, 80 room aged care facility in Wembley. Services were provided throughout the facility including all bedrooms, bathrooms, laundries, common areas, administration and facilities management areas.

Curtin University

Location: Kent St, Bentley WA 6102, Australia

B&E was involved in several projects around the Bentley Campus. Major projects included Building 204, Building 301, Building 410 and Building 614.

Works included major chilled/heating water air conditioning upgrades to offices and administration areas, classrooms, specialised laboratory fit outs and general ventilation systems. There was also a complete fire sprinkler installation including fire pumps and tanks with Georgiou Constructions to Building 410.
